The Asus K55A-RHI5N13 is a strong performer, thanks to the combination of a powerful processor along with an ample amount of RAM. You can run the system for long hours as the battery backup is great. However, a Full HD display or a Full HD display would have been an extra package for the user.

Display and Configuration

The Asus K55A-RHI5N13 laptop flaunts a 15.6-inch HD LED backlit display featuring a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. In order to run the system, there is a 2.5GHz Intel Core i5-3210M processor assisted by 6GB of DDR3 RAM and Intel HD Graphics 4000 placed upon Intel HM76 Express chipset. For better performance, the user can increase the RAM capacity up to 8GB. The laptop runs on Windows 8 Professional operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture.

Camera and Connectivity

A 0.3MP webcam is armed above the display screen for video calling and recording needs. It supports HD video recording i.e. 720 x 1,280 pixels. A Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, two USB 3.0 slots, one USB 2.0 slot, an SD card reader, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and a VGA port are the connectivity options available in the  Asus K55A-RHI5N13.

Battery and Storage

Acting as a stamina provider is a 6 cell Li-ion battery which claims to deliver a backup for around 6.5 hours. Coming to storage, the user can save data files on a 750GB SATA hard disk present inside the system.

Body Looks, Input Devices and Sound

The Asus K55A-RHI5N13 laptop comes in a superb matte brown coloured body. It measures 378.46 x 251.46 x 33mm and weighs 2.54Kg. The input devices namely - a multi-touch touchpad, a standard notebook keyboard and a DVD writer perform well and are quick to respond. The Altec Lansing Speakers deliver precise clear sound wave, pleasant to the ears.
