Awesome laptop. Best in class.

I bought this laptop on 20/2/2016 from a local store.nSome facts about this laptop are:n1. RAM...flipkart doesn't mention about any expandable ram, but this model actually has 4 gb ram, expandable upto 16 gb. There is one 4 gb ram stick, another unused slot...making a total of 2 slots. RAM frequency is 1600 mHz. n2. Battery life's 3.5 hrs on average, which is OK for a gaming laptop. I haven't personally tested this though, the shopkeeper told me.n3. Works best with Windows 10, processor is rumored to have driver compatibility problems with windows 8.1. However, I think that this might be false, and the latop would work fine with 8.1 64 bit OS.n4. Has a type C usb 3.1 port...which is a future tech thing. Applications for this is rare but being developed.n5. Asus has a 2 years warranty on this model instead of the 1 year that flipkart has mentioned, a wrong specification by flipkart. ADP, however, is not covered.nnPros:n1. Great configuration at this price...i5 6200u along with a beastly 2 gb 930m nvidia gpu. There's also a 2 gb intel 520 integrated gpu for low graphics intensive work.n2. Display: Superb matte black finish anti-reflective screen. It isn't the glossy screen type and doesn't reflect under sunlight. Its very friendly for your eyes. Oh, and this doesn't affect the HD display, color production is good.n3.Doesn't heat up excessively while playing heavy games....gaming performance will be mentioned later.nnCons:n1. Display's HD instead of full HD, but that's to be expected at this price.n2. Keyboard's not backlit :( . Also, no indicators for caps lock, num lock etc.n3. Glossy lid, which, while looks great...is a fingerprint magnet.nThe cons really are minor compared to the pros.nGAMING REVIEW:nI have used this for just 1 day..so I haven't been able to test out latest games yet. So far, this beast is able to run Witcher 2, Far Cry 4 and Dragon's Dogma at the highest possible settings very smoothly. I'll update gaming review later.

Good performance But Worst display Do not buy!
17 Mar 2016 By Hardik Shah On flipkart.com
Well Im writing review after testing laptop for a couple of hours and got to say Asus provided such a 3rd class display.....yeah it will be all about display because other specs are really awesome and you won't find any single problem with that(except it has driver&resolution problem but can be solved).Processor,RAM,Graphics are par with any laptop at 50k budget but after testing many movies and games I found serious problems in Display. Its whitish screen always on everywhere and little does dot can be found and upper left and lower light side of screen shows too much whitness on screen compared to other two parts of screen resulting in stressful view and strain to eyes and you soon will be irritated by its display! What to do with great performance when you cant aven look at screen for few minutes with satisfaction. even my 25k laptop has lower resolution but better screen than this one. That explains that Asus compromised screen for performance on this laptop and I can say it is a lost deal because screen need to be atleast a decent quality one as it's going to be most important part of your laptop(always on).so I'm taking a refund so if you read this review do know that screen quality is likely to be at your mobile TFT screens(nowdays mobile too have better screen than this one far better) so if you want to compromise screen for specs go ahead but if your looking for ideal comapnion for you home or gaming usage do not buy this laptop! nYou'll be disappointed and free piece of advice, if your budget is lower than 60K do not buy any Asus laptop under 60K becasue you'll pay if you pay.
