The Coby Kyros MID 1048 is an Android 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich operating system based tablet. It has a 10.1 inches WXGA LCD Capacitive Touchscreen display with 1280x800 pixels resolution.

The device is powered by a 1GHz Cortex A-5 quad core processor with 1GB of RAM. The Kyros MID 1048 has 8GB internal memory that is expandable externally up to 32GB via micro SD card.

It has a 2MP rear camera with digital zoom and a VGA front camera for video calling. The connectivity options on the Kyros MID 1048 include Wi-Fi, USB, and micro USB port. The device runs on a Li-Pol Rechargeable battery.
