The Datawind Ubislate 7CH features a 7-inch LCD display with a native resolution of 600 x 1,024 pixels and has a pixel density of 170ppi. The device is backed up by a quad-core processor with a power supply of 1.3GHz and is coupled with 512MB RAM. The Mali-400 graphics engine with a clock rate of 500MHz renders graphics into memory and hands the rendered image over to another core that handles the display. The dual-SIM tablet runs on Android v4.4 (Kitkat) operating system. It weighs 275gm, has a waistline of 10.5mm and is available in black colour. 

Camera and storage

The Datawind Ubislate 7CH sports a 2MP back camera and a 0.3MP front camera. It houses an internal memory of 4GB which can be further expanded upto 32GB via a microSD card.

Battery and connectivity

The Datawind Ubislate 7CH is fuelled by a 2,400mAh Li-Po non-removable battery which can deliver a decent amount of backup for long hours. On the connectivity score, the tablet features GPRS, EDGE, Voice Calling, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth and USB port.
