Verdict

The Dell Latitude 12 7290 Laptop comes built with some useful features. It has a nice display which is good at producing bright and clear images. It is well configured for delivering a smooth performance without any lag. The battery is good at providing a decent backup which can last easily for a few hours. The storage capacity of the device is good for storing small files or data easily. Apart from some useful features that are not present on the device, the laptop can be a good option to buy as per user needs.

Display and Configuration

The Dell Latitude 12 7290 has a 12.5-inch full HD LED-backlit Anti-Glare IPS display with a good screen resolution. The anti-glare property of the display further enhances the visual appeal. The laptop features an Intel Core i7-8650U (8th Gen) processor coupled along with an 8GB DDR4 RAM which helps the device perform at its best on any task. For the graphical section, the laptop is loaded with an Intel UHD 620 graphics processor which produces good graphics onscreen.

 

Battery and Connectivity

The laptop gains all the power from a 3 cell Li-ion battery which is able to generate a decent backup. In connectivity terms, the laptop can be connected to other devices using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Other ports like a headphone jack,  a microphone jack and an SD card reader is available on the device. 

Input Device, Camera and Storage

In terms of input devices, the laptop is equipped with a backlit keyboard and multi-touch gestures enabled touchpad for onscreen navigational purpose. The webcam is housed right on top of the display screen. The laptop can be a good option when comes at storing huge data, as it is equipped with a 512GB SSD that deals with all the storage issues very well.
