Verdict
The Dell Inspiron can be categorized as a mid-range laptop with certain really good features. It has an excellent display setup, ample RAM and decent battery backup. Also, it is slightly on the lighter side in terms of weight which comes in handy. While other regular features are in place and intact. However, their absence of features like the fingerprint scanner and optical drive are some of the flaws of the device which needs to be addressed before making a choice.
Display and Storage

The Dell Inspiron features a 13.3inch Full HD LED IPS display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. While for storing data and media files the device the device comes with a mere 256GB SSD storage capacity. The device is available in Silver colour and weighs just 1.62kg which on hindsight is a real plus for the users.    

Configuration and Connectivity

The configuration aspect of the device is driven by an Intel Core i5-8250U (8th gen) processor with a clock speed of 1.6Ghz. While the presence of 8GB DDR4 RAM steered along with a RAM speed of 2133 Mhz. For gaming purposes, the device is equipped with an Intel UHD 620 graphics processor. The connectivity front of the device includes several options like- Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth v 4.2. 

Battery, Camera and Input Device

The battery component of the device consists a 3 cell Li-ion battery which provides users with an above par battery backup. While a front cam sits just above the screen for video calling. There are a few input devices that are available include - a touchpad with multitouch gesture support, and a standard notebook keyboard. Other regular features that come with this device are- an SD card reader, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and a VGA port.
