Display and Build

The Dell Alienware 13 (AW13R2-8900SLV) features a 13.3-inch Full HD IPS Anti-Glare display with a screen resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Just on top of the screen, a webcam is present which helps to do video calling and video recording. The laptop has come up with an epic silver coloured body and weighs around 2Kg. The laptop offers two basic input devices including a standard notebook keyboard and a touchpad with multi-touch gesture support.

The Dell Alienware 13 (AW13R2-8900SLV) gets its required power from a 4 cell Li-ion battery which claims to deliver the show of around 10.5 hours. The device houses a 1TB SATA hard disk which revolves at a speed of 5,400RPM. Furthermore, the device is equipped with an 8GB SSD.  On the connectivity front, it offers a lot of options such as - Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1, three slots for USB 3.0, a headphone jack, an SD card reader, a microphone jack and a VGA port.

The Dell Alienware 13 (AW13R2-8900SLV) is powered by a 2.5GHz Intel Core i7-6500U (6th Gen) processor coupled with a 16GB DDR4 RAM. The combination delivers a superb performance while handling multitasking. A 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 960M graphics unit is added with those for providing a superb graphics display. The laptop runs on Windows 10 Home Premium operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture.  Powered by creative sound blaster X-Fi MB3 technology the dual speakers are present that output good quality sound wave.
