The laptop is not behaving properly. Problems are as follows: 1. Does not start after pressing the button once. Have to press it continuously and leave the rest to my luck. 2. Problem with hard drive. The led light which should glow/blink/flash does not show any sign and thus the system does not start on one go! 2. Hangs every now and then 3. App doesn't not respond even after updating! 4. Touch pad is also not responsive. Already using external mouse. Have raised a complain for this order of mine. Expecting a resolution soon.
