Good product..
Firstly, am disappointed by the services of Flipkart which was once the USP and a differentiating factor of this brand on e-commerce platform, but i think its now losing this. I ordered the product on 6 so that I could gift it on karwa chauth and flipkart guranteed the same. However, I finally (after lot of following up and complaints) received this on 16 Oct. The moment I saw this laptop, all the anger over flipkart disappeared. The laptop is indeed a master piece, looks good and performs equally well. It just took under 10 seconds to boot up and its colours and graphics came to life. I would definitely recommend this Dell product which is a fantastic machine but do think where do you want to buy this from. I got this product really at a very low unheard price thanks to flipkart billiion sale. So over all a mixed experience !!
