Did buy a new dell inspiron 3442 model on 27th August, 2014 and during the online diagnosis the same error message "critical hardware failure - DVDMINUSRW" popped up on the screen and drive is not able play any movie DVDs. Did call up dell tech. support on the same issue but there's no resolution yet. Other issue is with the touchpad, it freezes for couple of seconds while navigating and working after clicking it couple of times Awaiting for flipkart's call for resolution of these issues
