To the Flipkart TeamnnThis is regarding my purchase of my Dell laptop and subsequent complaintnregarding its faulty speakers.nnAfter registering a complaint about bad speakers and being assured ofntroubleshooting within 10:30AM of 22nd of July, I received a call by yourntechnical team at around 7 in the evening. I don't know if they are beingninstructed to be rude to customers who complain or this particularngentleman (Danish) was an exception, I was bluntly and simply told thatnnothing could be done from their side as we had downloaded a third partynapplication, namely Windows media player, and that it had corrupted thenspeakers- the most ridiculous reasoning I have ever heard, I being ansoftware engineer myself.nnThe gentleman simply refused to listen to any of my arguments that thenspeakers could be faulty beforehand. If this is what you have in the namenof trouble shooting then I assure you that you have a long way to go innthat domain.nnI am filing a case in consumer forum. This is not about the money I spent.nI am appalled by the high handedness displayed by your technical team andntheir ridiculous idea of troubleshooting.

Poor product. Speakers have no power. Seems faulty. Monitor is faulty. Shown configuration at that price is great but hardware is compromised. If this is the case of Vostro what will be the case of Inspiron. There is always the possibility of getting junk products on buying online from unknown sellers, so i always buy from "WS Retail". But need not say only 85% positive feedback raises questions even on their quality delivered.
