The performance of the system is great, be it heavy gaming, multitasking, running high-end apps etc. Although the storage could have been more, but overall, this laptop is one of the best in this budget, you can go for it.

The Dell Inspiron 15 3521 (3521345001BT1) laptop flaunts a 15.6-inch HD LED touch display with TrueLife and boots on Windows 8.1 operating system. It has a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels and the touchscreen is quick to respond. Under the hood, there is a 1.8GHz Intel core i3-3217U processor seated upon Intel HM76 express chipset. It is aided by 4GB of DDR3 RAM which is expandable up to 8GB. The picture quality of the laptop is very sharp due to the presence of 1GB AMD Radeon HD 7670M graphics card.
