Provided me a laptop which does not have any Indian warranty. Such sellers should be black-listed. Waiting for an exchange or refund..
Hi All, I am writing this review after ordering laptops twice through Flipkart and my both experiences have been worst. The second experience is with this laptop which was delivered to me on 25-Feb-2016. The seller sent me a product which is turning out to be nightmare for me. The screen is getting stuck if you click anywhere - click on any folder nothing is happening and the screen is stuck. After sometime it showing "Preparing Security options" and the keyboard or cursor is not responding. PLUS THERE IS SOUND COMING FROM THE SPEAKERS AND THE SCREEN IS HANG. After sometime it is getting restarted. NO ONE IS SPENDING AROUND 40K TO GET THIS QUALITY PRODUCT. IF FLIPKART IS SELLING REFURBISHED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THEN WHY DO YOU CLAIM THAT ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE 100% GENUINE. AFTER MY TWO EXPERIENCES WITH LAPTOP PURCHASE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A LAPTOP THROUGH FLIPKART. AS IT SEEMS THE SELLERS ARE NOT SELLING GENUINE PRODUCTS AND YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER SPENDING PRETTY MUCH BIG AMOUNT OF YOUR HARDLY EARNED MONEY. THE LAPTOP IS RUNNING LIKE A STONE AGE COMPUTER. AFTER SALE IS EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART IS ALSO VERY BAD. NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM THE WAY THEY DEAL WITH YOU.
