When i got the product(DELL notebook) and open the package I found that the battery release switch(sliding one) was out of its place and cracked. SO WHEN I REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY REJECTED THAT!!! AND TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR FEW DAYS FOR A BRAND VISIT. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE THEY TOLD THAT BUT NO FLIPKART OFFICIAL HAS COME FOR CHECK!!
Awesome osoum and impressive product. Packed with the best ever configuration. Hats off to dell. I have been using this lapi since 4 months and I really enjoyed playing games on it and doing any work which reqires high end configurations.
