I bought a Lenovo laptop from flipkart. Unfortunately or fortunately, when my system started having heating problems, I visited lenovo service centre, they told me 5 screws were missing. You can say me dumb or I don't like to open the electronic box of my laptop when it arrives, unfortunately, I discovered that after 3 months, and when I called flipkart, they took 4 days, just to reply to my problem and at last, they said it was my fault and manufacturer's fault, they have nothing to do with it. So, if unfortunately, you discover after a month that your product was faulty or damaged product, it is your fault. Flipkart's got no role in it. My warranty immediately ended when lenovo service centre discovered, that the product was opened before taking to them as 5 screws were missing. I just wanna say, if you're buying from flipkart, you are buying at your own risk.
Good laptop, but only for those who configure it themselves. The body of the laptop is average but configuration is awesome. Do not confuse for graphics card(8670m 2gb) as its sticker not paste on the body because AMD stop it to paste. Please download all your drivers for operating system from dell website after the register the product. The antivirus CD(MacAfee 2013) given with it not for the windows 8.1,so please download it from its website and use the key provided with the cd for antivirus activation by register the key on MacAfee website. Have to purchase a good cleaning kit for this laptop as oil & dirt paste on its body so quickly. If you going to use Ubuntu then update it and also download all drivers from dell website. The charging time of battery is too long so keep laptop idle for some time until it going cool (Its battery and body going too hot during charging and game playing). No accessories provided with this so please purchase your own pen drive, USB mouse, screen guard, keyboard skin, vinyl-decals, and bag pack(if you not received it with offers). Do not try to install any kind of players like VLC player if you do not want break your warranty on speakers. After Download all your recommended drivers according to your Operating System create a DVD for future use. If you want to attached a projector with the laptop have VGA cable than you have to buy a HDMI to VGA convertor cable for it as the laptop only have HDMI port. Rest is good, enjoy the product.
