Pros:nLooks Good.nPremium feel. nCons:nHeavily overpriced.nBad quality.nNot at all value for money.nPathetic customer support. nI bought one alienware for all its show and configuration and it is giving one or other issue since the day it arrived.nNot even a single day it worked properly.nDell keeps sending a technician to fix it and it wont fix.nWhat is the use of such a costly machine if it would break down in middle of presentations? nWhen asked for replacement of product they would refuse for one reason or another. nMy take: nIf you are going to invest 1 lakh+ in a laptop. Then either buy apple or customize a desktop. nnBe aware and save your money.

Firstly, i have seen that there is no proper review or rating of this product or any other Alienware product on flipkart.nIt was about time that someone wrote a proper review of this product and specifically about its position on flipkart.nthe latest and updated products of Alienware are available on the official Dell India website.ni would recommend anyone to purchase it directly from the official retailer rather than flipkart , as the seller on flipkart is fairly new and not as reliable as Dell. Dell ships all products through FedEx. Flipkart is obviously one of the most trust worthy websites in India, but for this particular product it is always better to go directly from official retailer .nncoming to this particular product itself, i have been using it for over 2 weeks now and it is hands down the best 15 inch ALienware laptop.nthe presence of a 512 gb SSD is just amazing . the graphics are Desktop level and sometimes even surpass your Desktop. the addition of 4k ulta HD display simply gives you the best possible gaming experience ever. 4 gb of graphics and 16 gb RAM are far more than what most high spec'd games require today , and comfortable for even high end games. nIf the budget is not an issue, i would definitely recommend going for this over 17 inch version , as this fares better in almost all aspects and is more portable for gamers who are looking for portability.
