LISTEN UP PEOPLE!nIf you are thinking of getting an alienware product FORGET IT!nIT IS NOT PROPERLY ENGINEERED AND WILL FAIL.nI spent my 2 YEARS worth of savings on an alienware laptop and it broke 10 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY. The cpu failed, dell refuses to do anything and asks me $500 to replace it again on JUST A YEAR OLD $2000 LAPTOP again remember JUST 10 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY. I pleaded to them in the best most polite way possible, they do not care about you, once the laptop is out of the store it's your damn problem. Dell does not care a bit about the customer all they care about is their money.nDO NOT BUY ALIENWARE!nIf you doubt my story then just drop me a message and I will give you all proof.
First of all, a laptop should be portable so that we can play games on the go but this alien so heavy that you will not be able to take it out of your house. Even after paying 1.5 lakhs, you get gtx 860M only. If you build a gaming pc with 5th gen i7, nvidia gtx 970, 12 gb ram along with 4k monitor and all gaming accessories then it will cost you a few thousand bucks less than this overpriced alien. In addition to that the customer service and build quality of dell has deteriorated over the years. So save your money and if you are a true gamer then build your own gaming pc.
