Never thought would come up with a review so early(less than a week) and a negative one. Before buying this product, I had ensured i would get a warranty of one year. The customer care never informed me that 1 year warranty is provided by them not Dell. So in a way they lied to me. As shown on site about this product the warranty period is 1 year but that's a warranty period provided by flipkart not 'Dell'. The Dell waranty period had already begun when flipkart bought it from Dell that's what i came to know from their customer care. I am only left with 6 months Dell warranty period and that's sad. Also I don't have on paper for this warranty provided by flipkart. I was asked to take a screenshoot of the product on sale by customer care. I am definitely not happy with this kind of service. Thankfully you have an option to extend your warranty on Dell Website again for which i will have to pay. This is a problem with atleast all Dell Laptops. The laptops not working ok for now. It has hanged once or twice. But i have come to know that's because of OS Ubuntu not the hardware. If i have this problem again i will get checked once with Dell. Too early for a review on working of Laptop, I will come back again with a review on it. I am disappointed with the way its going as the reviews on the working of this product was good and rely on the service that will be provided by dell(a service which i heard is good).
Flipkart service... excellent got within one day.. product is fine .. laptop quality;;;; not tat good in look classic model performance... is extraordinary... after 6 months usage video playback backup 7 hrs gaming ... with battery charge approx 2 to 3 hrs standby time more than 12 hrs performance of processor...... awesome with the gpu 840 m tried games lik blackflag.. cod ghost... nfs mw 2 etcc... satisfied with the cost i hav given... totally happy :)
