Firstly,gr8 service by flipkart including delivery time as well as damage-free delivery.... As far as the product is concerned,I have installed WIN7 in mine,and even if I am trying to find any flaw in the product,I am not able to. The only thing which is less than expected is its battery backup,which is only 3.5 hrs instead of 6 hrs.But all in all, excellent notebook.....
