The movie, which is about interpersonal connections between brothers, ex-lovers, masters and carers, sisters-in-law, cousins, and other family members, is set in Darjeeling, where the family owns its ancestral house. The family is dealing with a number of problems, including financial, health, and even legal ones. Despite having excellent performers and actresses, the film does a poor job of adequately developing the characters. While some remain at the forefront, others fade into obscurity until resurfacing after everyone has forgotten about them. Each performer, though, seems to be believable enough. Several of them require particular attention. Arpita does a stunning performance while looking quite attractive on film. Rahul has performed a masterful role as the politician Debesh. He makes no effort to hide his obnoxiousness. When it comes to family members, Bidipta Chakraborty steals the show despite extremely good performances by Tnusree Chakraborty, Kaushik Sen, Padmanabha Dasgupta, and others. Although her makeup was a tad excessive, her performance was flawless. She was one of the movie's most believable characters.
