Abhay season 3, produced by Zee Studios and directed by the esteemed Ken Ghosh, is a story that is gruesome and thrilling and would keep you glued to your seat. The stories are based on genres of crimes, and the duty of solving them had been given to Special Task Force police officer Abhay Pratap Singh, played by the composed and admirable Kunal Kemmu.

Abhay Pratap Singh, in season 3, is once again fighting against the gruesome killers, who are continuously killing innocent lives. However, there is one cult that is supposed to be at the center of all the crimes happening, giving Abhay and his team a difficult time and sleepless nights.

Why should you watch Abhay Season 3?
If you have watched the previous seasons of Abhay, you would know the larger background of the story and what the show is about. Seasons 3 is not at all different from that. Director Ken Ghosh would keep you on your toes by keeping up the suspense. The team of writers is brilliant in making scenes unpredictable by adding a bunch of new names and actors. However, this could be a negative point too as there were too many roles to be played and not enough screen space that would justify the role of all those characters.

The number of gruesome murders and the way the cases are solved will keep you interested along with the dark actions. Most of the episodes are thrilling, and if you love murder mysteries or crime thrillers, this show is quite a binge-worthy one.

Kunal Kemmu takes up most of the screen space by playing the role of the dominating and upright police officer who is more interested in performing his duties, thus negatively impacting his core relationship with his only son. Throughout the series, you would witness how his duty is taking a toll on not just his peace but his relationships too. Vijay Raaz in the role of Mrityu was terrific. Other convincing roles played by Tanuj Virwani and Divya Agarwal- the social media power couple Harleen and Kabir would impress you.

The setting of the plot is a bit grim, with death lurking at every corner. The dark lanes and places of Lucknow have been utilized well in creating this atmosphere. The way it has been executed is very close to how Hollywood makes their crime thrillers, but this one comes with a desi vibe. The screenplay is extremely fast, and the action would not feel fake or out of the world. Compared to the other seasons, this would be the best season of Abhay.

    Trivia Alert

    • The theme song of Abhay 3 was heavily inspired by Marvel’s Daredevil.
