Acts of Revenge is Cagan Kayi's first feature film that he wrote and directed when he was 26 years old. He co-funded the project with the money he took back from his film school before completing his last semester.
The story was based on a LA Weekly article about increasing hit and run incidents in Los Angeles published back in 2012.
