IMDbIn his novel, Sudhir Mishra describes the current situation in which social media controls our thoughts and behaviour. The plot is obviously one of convenience, but it isn't much of an anomaly given that the audience can relate to the focus, which is on the negative aspects of social networking.Overall, Afwaah is a well-made, high-quality movie with dim box office chances. There is little question that gossip and the spread of unsupported rumours frequently have an impact on individuals' lives and society as a whole. The impact of such afwaahs is well highlighted in this film, although the ending comes off as a bit contrived and might have had a larger impact. Rumour has it that sun ne wale ko and phailaane wale ko are true. The terrible reality is this. So, before you decide what to believe, give it some thought and go check out this Afwaah. This movie also appears to be perfect for OTT. We are unsure if Afwaah will draw audiences in theatres given the popularity of films with larger-than-life characters. The movie Afwaah is the ideal illustration of the recent events in our society, and maybe as a result, there will be less rumor-mongering and thoughtless spreading of fake news! We may at least aspire to that.
