TRIVIA

Trivia

To capture the raw energy of the sport, many action shots were filmed in a single take, with minimal stunt doubles.

The production used over 500 period-specific props - including vintage bicycles, radios, and newspapers - to recreate the atmosphere of the time.

The Megham Varshinchada song sequence was filmed across different states to capture authentic monsoon backdrops.

The film is inspired by the true story of a forgotten Kabaddi legend from the 1970s-80s, whose achievements had almost vanished from public memory.

The lead actor underwent three months of intensive Kabaddi training to realistically perform the game sequences.
