Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration is the honorary performance of the much-celebrated cult favorite Disney story. Fans enjoyed it to the fullest and were amazed by the brilliant performances of the actors. It also had a touch of originality and in simpler terms is just a better approach to the favorite Beauty and the Beast. The new musical performances were so appealing to the audiences, the music and melody are soothing and take the viewers to an entirely unique experience that is so magical and charismatic. Critics had a ton of positive reviews about the show and what was the most brilliant and appealing thing was the bunch of beautifully crafted costumes. The flowy colorful gowns along with the perfect hairstyling made the princess stand out amongst the lot. A lot of effort and input were put into the show, making it a success among the audience. Talking about the storyline, it is the same as the original script, it is just the way of presentation and the performances that will keep you entertained and glued to the screens from the very beginning. It is a piece of art and will surely leave the viewers amazed with its brilliance.

Original Beauty and the Beast voice actors Paige O'Hara (Belle) and Richard White (Gaston) appear as the Librarian and Baker, respectively, during the "Belle" musical number. Original Belle animator Mark Henn is the animator sitting at the desk that Rita Moreno's Narrator stands next to. Original Beauty and the Beast composer Alan Menken appears as the pianist during Shania Twain's "Beauty and the Beast" performance.

A two-box side-by-side "picture-in-picture" effect was used for the initial commercial segments. A larger picture on the upper left showed the commercial advertising and a smaller picture on the lower right showed various behind-the-scenes vignettes of actors and crew rehearsing and preparing for the production.

Although titled "A 30th Celebration", the animated Disney film that this production is a remake of was actually 31 years old at the time of the original airing.
