Final film of Edgar Buchanan.
Final film of Frances Bavier.
Joe Camp was inspired by watching Disney's Lady and the Tramp (1955) when doing the screenplay for this film.
"Mary: [to Benji] You have more independence than most people, and more charm."
"Mary: [to Benji] One of these days I'm going to follow you to see just where you go."
