Amitabh (Amitabh) and Rupsha (Monami) are the main characters in the narrative as they search for a home. They discover a large mansion, but the owner warns them that the previous resident committed suicide there. Despite being reluctant to move in, Rupsha accedes to her husband's demands. She becomes intrigued by what may be hidden behind a closed door that is keyless. You remain engaged in the plot's development thanks to the watchman's sneer and the intriguing smile of her maid Mala (Sarbori). All is well thus far. The plot then takes the well-worn path found in all horror novels, though. "Bhoy" is a typical horror movie, choosing to focus on weak targets like women and children to heighten the fright factor. Rupsha begins to see the ghost of the previous tenant, who was also named Rupsha, since she continues hearing the song "Raat namey"! She becomes possessed by her soul and exhibits all the classic RGV horror traits: dishevelled hair, crimson eyes, slurred speech, etc.
