In honor of the late Prince, Jeffrey Ross dressed up as Prince in his famous purple velvet suit and dedicated his roast set to him.
Bo Derek was slated to appear as a roaster, but due to a scheduling conflict, she was unable to and folk singer Jewel replaced her.
It was clear that Ann Coulter was becoming more uncomfortable as the night wore on, and that she was unaware of the nature of roasts prior to attending. Both the audience & the other roasters made it clear her presence was unwelcome with all the harsh jokes and boos levelled at her throughout the show, especially after Peyton Manning's joke about her winning the Kentucky Derby and Jimmy Carr's jab about her killing herself made her look visibly uncomfortable on camera. The other roasters, and even the guest of honor, Rob Lowe, all said her set wasn't funny at all, that she was a sore loser the entire night, especially after being so publicly humiliated, and was only there to plug the book she had recently published, "In Trump We Trust."
"Rob Lowe: [to Ann Coulter] Ann, after your set tonight, we've all witnessed the first bombing that you can't blame on a Muslim."
"Jimmy Carr: [to Ann Coulter] One of the most repugnant, hateful, hatchet bitches alive, but it's not too late to change, Ann - you could kill yourself."
