TRIVIA

Trivia

Ezra Miller was originally envisioned to play James Linton, a fictionalized young gallery worker who becomes enchanted - and later disillusioned - by his encounters with the aging surrealist [Dalí]. However, due to scheduling conflicts and timing, Miller was eventually casted to play a younger version of Ben Kingsley's Salvador Dalí while Christopher Briney was casted as James Linton.

Lesley Manville was originally attached as Gala when the project was announced, but was later replaced by Barbara Sukowa.

Salvador Dalí was a Spanish surrealist artist renowned for his technical skill, precise draftsmanship, and the striking and bizarre images in his work. He received his formal education in fine arts in Madrid, Spain.
