Originally the film was titled, "Farmer Brown", but renamed "Dark Fields" to be more scarier in its marketing. But the new name to "Dark Fields" is a very odd name choice, because the film never has one scene in a field, it largely takes place in a farmhouse.
This movie was actually filmed in late 2003, but sat unreleased until it was released directly to DVD in late 2006.
