Macy and her boyfriend Chase go on a hiking trip where he plans to propose. Their romantic getaway turns into a nightmare when they encounter a bizarre and terrifying shrine of dolls. They are soon attacked by Dolly, a monstrous, non-verbal figure in a porcelain doll mask, who kills Chase and abducts Macy. Macy awakens in a dilapidated house, treated as a child by Dolly, and must play along to survive while looking for a chance to escape.
