TRIVIA

Trivia

The script's working title was "Panser" (Danish word for "armor" which is also slang for "cop" ), until director Anders Ølholm changed it to "Shorta" - the Arabic word for Police.

Simon Sears and Jacob Lohmann, who play the two cops, went through an extensive boot camp with technical advisor Dennis Petersen before shooting began.

The police radio chatter heard in the final moments of the film is between director Anders Ølholm and real life police officer Dennis Petersen, who served as technical advisor.

In the scene where Mike meets Iza in the parking garage, a mural depicting a falling man accompanied by the line "jusqu'ici tout va bien" ("so far, so good") can be seen in the background. This is a homage to the french film La Haine by Mathieu Kassovitz.

The ghetto where the movie takes place, Svalegården, is fictional.
