The Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana is a milestone in Indian movie history as well as the Kanada Cinema. It is understandable why renowned director Gautham Menon soon acquired the Tamil adaptation rights for this masterpiece. The film has rustic characters, elements of raw violence, psychological turmoil, action, drama, and more. The plot follows the two fictitious brothers as they create a mafia empire together, only to quarrel and battle as a cunning police officer turns them against one another, with obvious allusions to the Hindu deities Lord Shiva and Vishnu respectively. The crime drama is absolutely brilliant. The narration is slowly paced and the storyline is perfectly structured. The movie's depictions of violence are both beautiful and realistic. The cast has done a fantastic job and the background music only adds to the intensity of their performances. The film has originality and authenticity, is definitely, a thorough entertainer, and should be watched by all.
