  Following the events of the first film, Saichi Sugimoto and his Ainu companion Asirpa learn that her father may be the mastermind behind the hidden Ainu gold, Noppera-Bo, who is held in the notorious Abashiri Prison. They decide to head to the prison to uncover the truth. However, they are not the only ones after the gold, as different factions converge on the prison, leading to a climactic and violent showdown.
