"Shorts & Socks" featured short film "Hearts and Hotel Rooms" on the Warner Bros. Studios lot in California. The screening fund-raised for the homeless GLBT Youth in Los Angeles.
"Hearts and Hotel Rooms" teamed up with the Vote No On Prop 8 Campaign in 2008 to raise money to support the cause and create awareness for same-sex marriage equality. A special screening was held at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center in West Hollywood, CA.
On the last day of shooting, four locations were required. Producer Chezarie and Assoc. Prod. Christina Kung had to secure each location within less than an hour before the time scheduled to move to the next location.
