The film is a romantic fantasy that revolves around the lead characters played by Vishnu Vishal and Mamitha Baiju. The narrative explores an intense love story, possibly between individuals from two identical yet distinct worlds, as suggested by the title 'Irandu Vaanam' which translates to 'Two Skies'. The first look poster, showing the leads on separate clouds under a shared sky, hints at a unique and visually imaginative plot.
