During the shooting of the film, Jeetendra offered director Tariq Shah's wife actress Shoma Anand, a role in his upcoming TV serial Hum Paanch.
The film had a limited release theatrically in Canada. Due to a financial issue with the Regal Theatre owner's in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada,the film was released by another distributor at a high school theatre in Surrey British Columbia, Canada.
