TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The film's promotional budget was larger than its production budget.

Megan Fox and Olivia Wilde were in talks for the lead.

Although the film tells a story of over three decades, it was shot in 20 days. Grant Bowler, who plays Richard Burton stated "Everything was period, wigged, for both of us, so it was long days. Lindsay came at it with absolutely everything she had and so did I."

Lindsay Lohan suffered a car accident on her way to set, leading to a brief hospitalization which delayed filming for hours.

Lindsey Lohan wore purple contacts to achieve the eye color of Liz Taylor because her eyes were so blue with a hint of purple while Lindsey has green eyes.

Popular Dialogues

"Sara Taylor: Not that I'm counting, but if I'm not mistaken you just ended what, your fourth marriage? Elizabeth Taylor: Oh, who's counting?"

"Elizabeth Taylor: I'm bored. I'm so bored!"
