When Stella goes to get the mail, the flag on the mailbox is up. She opens the box and takes mail out and puts the flag down. When the flag is up on a mailbox it means there is outgoing mail for the mail carrier, so it would not be up if you are getting your mail.
In the scene when Allison walks to the flower shop, Hank can be seen walking behind her. When Allison enters the shops, she walks to grab a flower pot where Hank also reaches for the pot but is somehow in front of Allison in the store, the movie does try to hide this with the same door opening sound as when Allison walks to the shop but Hank is no where near the entrance.
