This is the only movie of the Madeline franchise where Pepito is completely absent.
Most of the original cast of the Madeline TV show, with the exception of Christopher Gaze (Narrator) and French Tickner (Lord Cucuface), were replaced for this movie. Most notably, Whoopi Goldberg voiced Miss Clavel in this film.
This is the only animated Madeline movie where the narrator doesn't say "And that's all there is. There isn't anymore." at the end.
