Griffin Drew said that while filming the hot tub scene, she didn't realize the very potent hairspray the hairdresser had applied had stuck to the makeup on her arm. So when she got too close to burning candles, the hairspray caught fire and the flame shot up her arm to her hair which also burst into flame. Luckily, the crew ran over and put it out before it caused and real damage.
