TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

While filming the scene outside the night club of Brandon Adams dancing, Michael Jackson sat just out of camera range, cracking up uncontrollably.

Michael Jackson originally wanted the movie released in theaters in the United States, but budget problems forced him to make it a straight to video release. However, it was released in theaters internationally.

During the "Speed Demon" dance-off with Spike the rabbit, Michael starts spinning and changing into everyone he became during the video. Stop-motion Tina Turner during this spin has her nipples hanging out over her dress.

It is reported the spontaneous gun shots by Jackson's character after "Smooth Criminal" was improvised by Jackson himself, who used a functional tommy gun and fired blanks to surprise everyone on and off set.

After the parody performance of "Bad", Brandon Quintin Adams as Young Michael asks his assistant what his pet monkey Bubbles is wearing, to which he responds "He's wearing a Prince t-shirt and red sneakers". Young Michael says "A Prince T-shirt?" in a confused sarcastic tone, referencing the long great debate on Michael Jackson versus Prince.

Popular Dialogues

"Young Michael: What is he wearing? Agent: A Prince t-shirt and red sneakers. Young Michael: *Prince* t-shirt?"

"Michael: Why are you doing this? Stop it! Mr. Big: You wanna know why I'm doing this, do you? I just wanna get everybody high, Man. You know, some good drugs. That's all. Michael: Do it and you're dead. Mr. Big: Let's give her a shot of this."
