TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

One of the horror movies banned in the UK during the "video nasty" craze of the 1980s. It was passed with one minute and 41 seconds of cuts in 1994.

Originally titled "The Revenge of Bigfoot" in the script, the movie's name was later changed when the interest in Bigfoot movies that started in the 70's waned.

Most of the kill scenes in the film were shot and added into the film by the producer, Jim L. Ball, unbeknownst to director James C. Wasson at the time, whose original version contained little to no gore.

Almost all of the scenes for this film were done in a single take.

A 2020 remastered version is being made.

Popular Dialogues

"Crazy Wanda: I burned him. I burned him because he killed my baby. And to save its father."

"Warren: One thing I do know is that there isn't any Bigfoot in these woods, here or anywhere else. It's just another version of the Loch Ness Monster. Still, you can't really blame people for making things up if it makes their own lives seem more interesting..."
