The production was abandoned after 4 weeks when crew didn't turn up due to freezing weather conditions. They regrouped some years later to complete the movie.
There is a 3 years production gap between one scene sequence when Monella and Nina go out to party followed by their love scene. In the movie it is the same night.
The lead actress Laura Bach who plays Nina caught pneumonia from shooting in the freezing snow with only a mini-skirt.
Laura Bach announced she was three months pregnant at the start of the shoot.
Teddy's vintage green car in the movie was a borrowed Morris Oxford. Its doors wouldn't close, the engine constantly stalled and the windows inside fogged up after 5 minutes, making shooting with the car very difficult to near impossible.
