Although a huge casting had been set by the director Dimitri Athanitis to find a young actress for the principal role, the result was null. Lena Kitsopoulou was introduced to the director by a friend actor.
Athanitis had also difficulties to find the right actor for the main male role of Orpheus although a big audition took place for that purpose. At least three actors were tested before the final selection of Kostas Kazanas.
"Aria" is a main character that appears in No Sympathy for the Devil. The name is Greek and the film has been shot two decades before Games of Thrones.
