It is the third film in director Harish Vyas's trilogy on love, following 'Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain' and 'Hum Bhi Akele, Tum Bhi Akele'.
The movie was titled 'Hari Ka Om' for its international film festival screenings.
The title was also briefly changed to 'Hari-Om' before being finalized as 'Om Ka Hari' for its Indian theatrical release.
