    Task Force Sea Lion's seasoned crime fighter Lt. Mario Romero (Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr.) still grieves for the untimely demise of his fiancée Beth (Nanette Medved) when he is compelled to undertake the task of ensuring the safety of Dulce Lopez (Donna Cruz), a businessman's daughter whose life is imperiled by a business rival's avenging son Manny Diaz (Tirso Cruz III). While the asperity Mario and Dulce feel for each other makes the assignment doubly difficult for Mario, their being always in constant company teaches the two to accept and even appreciate one another.
