At the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival, 21 year old Brad Leong was the youngest director in the festival's history. He was 20 during production of the film.
For production, the cast lived in a rented house, which was also used as a location.
The majority of the crew were high school students who took a cinematography class taught by director Brad Leong.
