Matt Locker was originally slated to play "William Manning", but he objected to the scene involving Sara's Cat and bowed out of the production. He was replaced by Victor Brescia who had to bow out because of scheduling conflicts. The role then went to Jerry Ross.
Brian M. Wixson was originally slated to play "Gary", but had to bow out because of scheduling conflicts and the role went to Jason Vail.
Vince Puma was originally slated to reprise his role as "Officer Tindal" from Abduction (2009), but it was decided to split the role in two to make the film more female oriented. Michelle Valines was then cast as "Detective Robinson" and Gregory R. Campbell was cast as "Detective Jackson".
Kim Santiago, the original actress who played "Sara Kimmick", was let go due to "creative differences" and was replaced with Caitlyn Fletcher.
