In a later interview, Alyssa Milano was questioned about the film. She responded by saying: "I hope my Poison Ivy days are over," meaning after posing totally nude for Bikini magazine in the early '90s to break out of her "good girl teen" persona after her series Who's the Boss went off the air and playing naked femme fatales in three previous movies in '95 and '96 before this one, she was done with onscreen nudity. She never appeared naked in films or shows again after his film.
This is the only film in the franchise where "Ivy" is the protagonist, not the antagonist.
This was Belinda Bauer's final cinematic appearance.
Very little is available music wise from the soundtrack despite the film being 25 years old. There are some YouTube clips but no concrete soundtrack available for purchase.
Xander Berkeley and Belinda Bauer have appeared with actor Tom Noonan in different films: Bauer in RoboCop 2 (1990) and Berkley in Heat (1995).
